Casas VILLUZA

Brand Identity Logo Design Art Direction

Casas Villuza is a Mexican property management company that rents homes through Airbnb. The goal was to build a brand identity from the ground up, giving the business its own visual presence beyond the platform. The full brand system includes the logo, color palette, and typography, all designed to feel warm, trustworthy, and inviting, the kind of brand that makes guests feel at home before they even arrive.

Brand identity currently in development.

The name itself was developed as part of the project:

‘casas’ means houses in Spanish, while ‘VILLUZA’ is a blend of the family's identity.

‘Vil’ from their last name

'Luz', meaning light in Spanish, from the mother's middle name.

'A' shared by both daughters' first names.

The palette was built around two ideas — Mexican warmth and the feeling of home. The five colors were chosen to reflect the richness of Mexican culture without feeling too loud or overwhelming for a hospitality brand.

Deep olive green anchors the palette with a sense of nature and tranquility. Magenta brings that bold, unmistakably Mexican energy, think bougainvilleas and papel picado. Terracotta orange and golden yellow add warmth, reminding you of the warm afternoons in Mexico and marigold markets. And a soft blue-grey rounds everything out, like the sky on a quiet afternoon in Jalisco.

Each color comes with four tints, giving the brand room to breathe across different applications.
